Team Leader (m/f) for German Client Servicing / Sales Support Desk

Your responsibilities/ main tasks:

As part of your role, you will oversee a team of 4 people providing client servicing and sales support to our sales offices in Germany, one of our main markets for the fund distribution: The central hub for all request being Luxemburg.

  • Develop the team in the team in providing excellent client service and sales support
  • Being self-involved, developing and maintaining relationship with the country head and sales colleagues
  • Take care of all requests and queries coming from institutional clients (e.g. international wealth management professionals, private banks, global custodians and execution platforms, retail banking organizations, external asset managers) in close co-operation with internal stakeholders such as our Product Management, Legal, Fund Reporting and Marketing departments
  • Look after all sales supportive tasks e.g. the planning, organisation and execution of road shows, client events, fairs and mailing campaigns
  • Co-ordinate client distribution contracts, Operation memorandums and account set ups with Transfer Agency and our AML and Legal Departments
  • Maintain client information in the CRM system, ensuring completeness, accuracy, according to the guidelines, and monitor the timely execution of client requests

Your profile:

  • 5 years’ experience in a similar position in the Fund Distribution or Asset Management area
  • Good People Management Skills
  • Self-starter, well organised, multi-tasking with the ability to set priorities and handle problems in a calm and efficient manner
  • Service minded with excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Dynamic, proactive, stress resistant who enjoys working in an international, challenging environment
  • German at the level of mother tongue, fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
